Each week I’ll send you a custom menu for the following week for you to approve.

If you’re craving something else, let me know! I’m happy to work together to build a menu that fits your preferences.

Grocery Shopping

On your scheduled meal prep day, I’ll shop for the freshest ingredients at local stores and farmer’s markets.

Cooking in Your Kitchen

Later that day, I’ll come by your home to cook your meals in your kitchen and stock your fridge with delicious ready-to-heat meals.

After cooking, I’ll clean your kitchen — Not a dish left dirty!
